He has recruited for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and medical device sectors and has been involved in leading a variety of successful teams and companies to success. Shauna has spent over 6 years in both Key Account Management and Compliance. She is able to work with our candidates to make sure they are given every opportunity possible and represents another of our values, ‘delivery of excellence.’ She is not only committed to getting the right result but also to getting the right result in the best way possible. Shauna also helps look after internal compliance.

Rosie has worked within Life Science recruitment for the last five years, starting within Business Development, progressing to Client Team Leader/ Senior Consultant. Rosie is innovative in her approach to supporting clients, fulfilling talent solutions, and is always looking to learn and adapt to the market, ensuring her clients and candidates stay ahead. Her drive for ‘delivery of excellence’ and holding ethical ‘responsibility to you’ has been key to her success and holds to our values.

She has joined our team as a Principal Recruitment Consultant to drive our forces with niche, and senior searches, alongside developing our carefully selected clients.

As a recent graduate of Business Management Emma is extremely focused. She has a strong desire to learn and to ask the right questions to help her learn as much as possible about the Biotechnology sector. Her goal is to deliver excellence and adopt great customer service skills to meet the expectations of her team and external clients and candidates.
