They are looking for Senior ML Research Engineers to join their team at their site in France .
Responsibilities:
- Develop machine-learning methods for computational biology challenges.
- Implement novel research ideas, providing support to research scientists.
- Contribute to accelerated research through tool implementation.
- Adapt neural network algorithms for supercomputing architectures.
- Communicate experimental results both internally and externally.
- Bridge research and product teams, integrating fresh research into projects.
Requirements:
- M.S./Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proficient in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, and/or Jax).
- Experience with Python3 or similar languages for development.
- Strong software engineering skills (OOP, Unit Testing, Profiling, CI).
- Familiarity with high-performance computing methods and frameworks (MPI, Ray).
- Exceptional communication skills.
Desirable:
- 2-5 years in Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, or Natural Language Processing.
- Background in structural biology or molecular dynamics.
- Published scientific papers in relevant fields.
